Helen is the Head of Fraud & Investigations at Auto & General Insurance where she leads multi-functional high-performance specialist claims teams identifying and investigating non genuine and fraudulent claims. Prior to moving into the Insurance industry, Helen served in the Queensland Police Service for 15 years, 12 of which were in a variety of roles across the intelligence function at a District and State level and as an intelligence training facilitator. She has completed undergraduate Bachelor degrees in Business and Journalism, a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Intelligence and is currently undertaking a Masters in Business Law. Helen is committed to detecting and investigating fraud to ensure everyday Australians can continue to afford insurance products at the lowest possible premiums. Helen is passionate about leveraging data to identify non genuine claims and enriching data sources to ensure high accuracy in fraud detection.
