• Nigel Incoll is the Westpac Group Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Officer leading a team responsible for oversight of anti-bribery and corruption across the Group and coordinating integration of human rights and modern slavery risk management within the financial crime risk domain.
• Nigel is an experienced financial crime risk professional with over 30 years in financial services, professional services, corporate regulation, and law enforcement.
• Previous experience includes with NAB Financial Crime Risk, Telstra Security & Investigations, PwC’s National Fraud and Forensic practice and leading an investigation team with ASIC’s Enforcement division.
• Nigel started his career with Victoria Police including as a Detective with the Criminal Proceeds Squad, and various Divisional Crime Units.
