Irene Ratshibaya is currently leading the financial strategy for Siemens Gamesa Onshore across the Northern Europe and Middle East region. With a focus on driving business transformation, she plays a critical role in enhancing financial performance, guiding commercial negotiations, and managing resources for a business generating over €1 billion in revenue.

Bringing over two decades of experience in finance, governance, and transformation, Irene has held diverse roles that have honed her skills in operations, internal audit, and project management.

A graduate of the University of Johannesburg with a National Diploma in Accounting, she further refined her leadership skills at INSEAD’s Leading at the Peak Executive Program and earned her Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification.
