Cristina is an operational excellence leader with responsibilities for implementation at several manufacturing sites at Covestro. She has a solid experience improving processes in the chemical industry. She started her continuous improvement journey with Eastman Chemical Company as a Lean Six Sigma green belt in 2004 and moved on to become a black belt in 2008. In 2022 she certified with the Lean Management Institute as a master black belt. She is also a certified Lego Serious Play practitioner, which she uses to help teams create their visions. Cristina holds a MSc degree in process technology and management from the University of Strathclyde with distinction.
