Paul Boris has driven digital transformation within industrial and field operations for decades. Starting as a co-op student at General Motors in the assembly division, he’s held P&L responsibility for facilities in virtually all manufacturing modes, drove transformation in the world’s largest industrials, and led a successful startup focused on the development of core industrial AI and machine learning tools. Whether transforming a small 50-person investment casting shop as superintendent, crafting and executing SAP’s earliest efforts in the IIoT as a Global Vice President, as the CIO of Advanced Manufacturing Strategy for GE or COO of Vuzix, Boris demonstrated the ability to simplify the complex technology landscape and adoption cycle. With deep practical knowledge of Lean principles and Digital Transformation, he’s used this unique blend of skills to deliver the greatest impact in the shortest cycle.
