Daniel is currently the EMEA Sr. Legal Director for Ivalua, a global leading SaaS procurement solution provider. Together with his team of legal counsels and paralegals spread across France (Ivalua's HQ), UK and Germany, Daniel supports Ivalua's activity in circa 15 jurisdictions in Europe, Middle-East and North Africa. After starting his career as an outside counsel specialized in Intellectual Property, Daniel has developed extensive experience in the IT industry for the last decade where he occupied several senior legal roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Citrix Systems Inc. Daniel graduated from Paris Pantheon-Assas University. He is fluent in French and English and speaks Portuguese and Spanish
