Dominique Strieder, LL.M. (Georgetown), is a Partner at Eversheds Sutherland’s Frankfurt office, specializing in compliance, commercial criminal law, and ESG. Dominique provides counsel to both national and international clients on compliance, internal investigations, criminal law proceedings, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters. Dominique has extensive experience in designing and implementing compliance management systems, conducting risk assessments, and assisting with whistleblowing systems. He represents clients in cases involving corruption, fraud, environmental offenses, customs and trade issues, anti-money laundering, and sanctions violations. As a lead partner in Eversheds Sutherland's ESG compliance practice, he advises on supply chain and regulatory compliance issues. His client experience includes advising on anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, international sanctions, litigation matters, and ESG. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Dominique worked in a law firm specializing in compliance, internal investigations, and U.S. monitorships, as well as in the Legal & Compliance department at Siemens AG.
