Since 2011 Dr. Jasmin Kölbl-Vogt is a member of the Management Board of Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG with responsibilities for Legal, Regulatory and Independent Research. Since 2008 she is the General Counsel for Citi Germany and Division Counsel for Germany, Austria and the Nordics. Prior to that she worked as a lawyer for two international law firms. Since more than 20 years Jasmin works in the area of Banking and Capital Markets with a focus on structured financings and advising on bank regulatory topics. In addition, Jasmin Kölbl-Vogt sits on the Advisory Board of True Sale International as well as on the Advisory Board of Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
