Since 2024, John has been GC Global Architectural Products and Global Business Services Divisions at Hunter Douglas Europe, leading Hunter Douglas’ global outsourcing projects and developing further the role of GC EMEA and Oceania that he assumed in 2023. He is a strategist and experienced transactional and commercial lawyer with a background as an M&A lawyer at Freshfields in London who since his move in-house has been bridging senior leadership and legal teams in both listed and private companies over the past 15 years, including at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. He understands how complex legal issues can be utilised to contribute to success and is a genuine leader, having led large teams of lawyers and driving their development and success.
