Head of Corporate Law DIE AUTOBAHN GMBH DES BUNDES
Dr. Roland Schmidt is Head of Corporate Law at Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, which is one of the largest infrastructure operators in Europe. Starting his professional career at KPMG, he becomes an experienced executive with extensive knowledge in conceptional structuring of ventures and projects. Due to his profound financial and legal skills, Roland has in particular acquired, managed and supervised large-scale infrastructure PPP’s and toll projects for a French Group in Germany. Today, his current role includes i.a. the implementation of new legislation in the corporate context of administrative modernisation and the responsibility of providing legal advice for e-mobility projects. As a former player, Roland is interested in everything related to football.
