IQPC believes that events should be a safe environment for all, irrespective of sex, gender expression, religion (or lack thereof), sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or physical appearance. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with consideration, dignity and respect.
As a result, all our employees, contractors, sponsors, attendees, speakers and guests are required to comply with the following Code of Conduct at IQPC Exchange events. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.
We expect everyone to:
Behave in a courteous and professional manner at all times
Treat everyone with consideration, dignity and respect

We do not tolerate:
Harassment – that being unwelcome or offensive verbal, visual or physical contact directed at any person, including conduct, comments or images that a person would reasonably find offensive, demeaning, or hostile
Sexual harassment – that being unwelcome, unsolicited and unreciprocated sexual advances, and other verbal or physical conduct or gesture of a sexual nature that might reasonably be perceived to offend, humiliate, or intimidate another person
Exhibiting behaviour that is unruly or disruptive, unprofessional, immoral, or that endangers the health and safety of yourself or others
Discriminatory conduct based on sex, gender expression, religion (or lack thereof), sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or physical appearance
Any person asked to stop such behaviour is expected to comply immediately. Any person violating these rules may be asked to leave the event without a refund at the sole discretion of the organiser. They may be from banned for attending any future IQPC Exchange events and their conduct will be reported to their employer.
Should you have any questions or feel like your onsite concerns have not been treated in accordance with this Code of Conduct, please contact Martina Höllbacher at martina.hollbacher@iqpc.co.uk
