An executive with expertise across the legal function, Heather has a strong background in governance, ESG, regulatory and compliance issues, cross-border transactions, and supply chain management. She embraces a strategic and creative approach to defeat existential crises, successfully defending one of the largest product liability cases and delivering groundbreaking legal achievements resulting in substantial revenue generation.

Heather currently serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), a pioneer of healthcare’s leading cloud-based supply chain network, which connects tens of thousands of healthcare organizations across the globe and is on a mission to simplify the patient-centered business of healthcare. She leads the corporate legal function, including M&A, related board functions, legal corporate finance, employee relations, risk management, and compliance. Having joined GHX in 2023, Heather led the acquisition of Prodigo Solutions, a leading healthcare marketplace that further expands GHX’s SaaS offerings.
