Agnes is a CX leader in the SaaS space that lives and works in Melbourne, Australia. Having spent over 10 years working within technical customer service and retail roles, Agnes realised that she was most excited when delighting customers with a considered and personalised journey as well as coaching others to do the same. She took this passion into her next career move at a health tech start-up called HotDoc, where she remains now, working as the Head of Customer Experience. In this role she advocates for customer obsession throughout the business with a focus on storytelling. Alongside this, Agnes is also a diversity, inclusion and belonging leader who specialises in pushing for gender equity and awareness within the workplace.
