Renee is Bega’s Customer Contact Director where she is accountable for customer operations and servicing across the business. Since joining Bega in 2018, Renee has played an important role in restructuring the call centre, step changing the customer and employee experience. Prior to joining Bega, Renee has held senior Contact Centre roles both locally and internationally having worked for Standard Chartered Bank and GE Capital. Outside of work Renee enjoys spending time with her two young children.
