Simone is a CX design innovator who’s professional journey is diverse, stemming from the creative industries to education, to startup and corporate innovation. From this diversity of knowledge and experience comes a unique perspective and approach to CX, one which is rich is customer empathy and creativity, bridging the gap between insights and action. Driven by customer centricity and leaning on her deep expertise in HCD tools and techniques, Simone has successfully led many teams through complex design challenges within business’s such as RMIT University, Shillington College, ANZ, Bunning and now MLC Life insurance.
