Soon rebranding to MILKRUN, Sophia played a pivotal role in the rebrand across all customer touchpoints. Now, in her role as CRM & Loyalty Manager, she continues to expand MILKRUNs digital footprint through focusing on acquisition, retention and strategic partnerships including Everyday Rewards.
