Tilla Buden is an award-winning community development and social policy, planning and practice leader. With a collaborative, energetic and engaged approach, she’s driving innovation and customer experience focus within local government. Having previously enjoyed spells at Yarra Ranges and the City of Greater Dandenong, Tilla has spent the last 18 months leading the Community & Customer Experience division at Bayside City Council, overseeing Community Care and Wellbeing, Arts, Libraries, Customer Service and Experience, Communications and Engagement.
