The Federal Court of Australia is undergoing a digital transformation strategy that will deliver an efficient service model for citizens that can be both future proofed and financially viable. Focusing on agile technology and people infrastructure, Maura Winston, Director of Court Innovation and Change Management, will present a case study on the success of the court in implementing an innovative and long term strategy. This has assisted in improvements to their citizen services and the ability for clients to access court hearings and broadcasting systems online.
