Stephanie Owen is Executive Director of Strategy2Life, a boutique consultancy specialising in strategy, transformation and innovation in health, aging and education. She is passionate about the use of digital technology to enhance patient and clinician experience, and has an expert understanding of the technological and organisational capabilities required to deliver on the promise. She is the former Group Manager for IT Strategy, Architecture and Analytics at St Vincent's Health Australia, where she laid digital transformation foundations through introducing Agile delivery, bolstering cybersecurity and architecture standards, and building the governance, technology, workforce and cultural foundations to integrate data silos and make data more accessible at the point of care. Her team's data dashboard projects, delivered with St Vincent's Care Services Division, earned a finalist citation for service innovation in the Future of Ageing Awards last year. Since leaving St Vincent's in August 2020, she has developed business-led, organisation-wide data and analytics strategies for two major aged care and social services clients, and a service transformation strategy for an education client. Stephanie is a Certified Health Informatician Australasia (CHIA). She has served as a company director for 5 years and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She has an MBA from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Computer Science from Sydney University.
