Hurricane Matthew Update

As you are all aware, the whole of South Florida is experiencing severe weather conditions. We can confirm the plan is for the Exchange to go ahead as planned.

We are in continual contact with the venue and our suppliers, and have been informed that as of Friday October 7, business will be going ahead as usual. We are monitoring the air and ground conditions on an ongoing basis and the situation will be reevaluated if flights are cancelled or ground conditions in Miami change. 

If you do experience airline cancellations, we have put plans in place for telephone or skype meetings with the selected vendors and we ask you to make yourself available for the meetings at the times highlighted in your personalized itinerary which has recently be sent out to you.

Of course, your health and safety is our first priority in the planning of this event. We also hope that anyone who has already been affected by this situation is safe.
