9:00 am - 11:30 am Improving Engagement with Stakeholders in Planning and Delivery to Ensure Project Completion
This workshop will look at the work taking place to improve stakeholder and public engagement in the development of Entertainment Precincts. With the challenge of upgrading and redeveloping Australia’s key business and entertainment venues, stakeholder engagement has become essential to design and delivery.
In this 2.5 hour workshop, hear how you can drive and improve stakeholder engagement in the development of your precinct.
- Ensuring all architects, developers and specialists understand the importance of revenue generation in precinct development
- Understanding how to balance budget scoping challenges with service upgrades
- Working with different departments and stakeholders to improve the execution of a holistic master plan
Workshop B
12:00 pm - 2:30 pm Interweaving Transport, Flexibility and Technology to Deliver a Holistic Precinct Design
This workshop will look into the different tricks that operators, architects and developers can implement to create a precinct design that can be sustainable for future generations.
Delving into the new and innovative technologies that can be implemented, including upgraded lighting and fully developed concept designs, this workshop will provide a case by case example of different entertainment precincts and the ways they can be designed to remain both sustainable and flexible.
