I am a passionate IT Business Partner / Innovation Manager with a steadfast belief in the power of innovation. After completing my studies in Industrial Engineering & Management at the University of Twente, I began my career at Heijmans. Since 2000, I've dedicated myself to the energy sector with RWE and its predecessors. With international experience in the Netherlands, England, and Germany, I've led numerous projects that are transforming the energy landscape. Innovation is in my DNA: I continuously explore the latest technological trends and seek ways to apply them meaningfully within RWE. My focus is on Robotics & Drones, Extended Reality, and Artificial Intelligence. These aren't just buzzwords to me; they are the building blocks of a smart, sustainable future. That's why I'm always looking for how we can harness the power of innovation to create tangible improvements for our employees and the world around us.
