BUSINESS MODELS, PARTNERSHIPS IN THE NEW DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT ECOSYSTEM
Spending on digital media as a percentage of total advertising spend is expected to increase from 21% in 2010 to 36% by 2020

Immersive experiences are known by their ability to tell a great story which promises (or threatens) to impact media and entertainment industry in ways not yet imagined. The future will be filled with choices offering multidimensional content experience. How ready media houses are for this paradigm change will determine how successfully they will be able to connect with consumers in the future.

MASTER CLASSESS

1:30 pm - 3:30 pm MASTERCLASSESS: An immersive journey! How, where and why you should implement immersive technologies in your organisation

Are you still unsure of why you should implement and have immersive technologies in your organisation? How you should go about with these technologies? Where should you use these technologies to gain the most out of it?

This 2 hour masterclass will be able to answer these questions for you!

This 2-hour long session will be examining not just use-cases for immersive technologies – this company did this or that – but diving into detail how such technologies are in fact implemented. By giving attendees a framework for understanding what it takes to get started with Virtual and Augmented Reality, they will come out understanding not only the levels of complexity in creating a successful immersive experience or product but also when and why you should make one in the first place!

The workshop will consist of a collaborative presentation, Q&As, round-table focus groups and hands-on experience with the hardware. And for this the Future Entertainment Festival is bringing two veterans of the industry to Dubai from Europe that have specialised in delivering commercial and business applications to a wide-range of verticals of varying experience types. This means that our attendees from Healthcare, Education, Travel, Media, Entertainment and Industry can all benefit from learning of the opportunities and benefits to using this innovative technology in-house and with strategic external partners.
