Karim Saad

In 2014 Karim established Giga Works in Dubai, his virtual reality (VR) film studio, offering 360º content

capture and storytelling, VR experience, and customized GigaBox cardboards. Karim created and produced the first VR experience for marketing use in the Middle East for Rainbow Milk. He produced the local and international award winning VR experience for “Wild Wadi Water Park” - Jumeirah Group.

Karim’s work also involved production of short documentaries and VR experiences for DP World, DEWA, General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, Strata, Etihad Rail and Dubai Design District; as well as user experiences for Mercedes Benz Middle East, Dodge North America, Columbia and Ski Dubai. Karim has been invited as guest speaker at the MENA Cristal and ITC Fest; Moderator at Dubai International Film Festival 2016 and had numerous interviews with Al Arabiya News TV Channel and MIT Technology review.

His work and biography were published in several articles, to name a few, Arabian Business, Communicate, Gulf News and many more where he was referred to as a “Leader in his field”.
