Rapheepong Ghai

Rapheepong Ghai is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and a Privacy Consultant at OneTrust – The largest and most widely used dedicated privacy management technology platform for compliance with global privacy laws.  In his role, Ghai advises many of the world's leading organisations on creating, implementing and managing privacy programs to operationalise compliance with various country and region-specific regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ePrivacy Regulation.

Prior to OneTrust, Ghai worked as a Solutions Architect and Asia Pacific Sales Engineer Manager at AirWatch, which was acquired by VMware in 2014 for $1.54 billion.  The company now serves more than 20,000 global customers and is recognised as the undisputed market leader in mobility management.  During this time, Ghai served as a product expert to the sales team and a technical lead on major sales opportunities across ASEAN and the NASCENT markets, where he helped scale enterprise mobility projects.  Ghai holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University.
