Agathe has worked for ING Diba for more than 20 years. She has always worked in the IT environment. During her time at ING DiBa, she was responsible for both retail and overall bank management topics. As part of the Agile Transformation, she worked on the overall bank management side. Currently she is the IT Lead for the departments IT Area Data Management, IT Area Analytics, IT Area Service and the CoE Base & Core Services. The departments are set up in an agile manner and work in DevOps and BusDevOps units.
