Chris is the head of HGF’s Electronics Group and has been in the patent profession for over 20 years. As the head of the Electronics Group Chris directs the Group to exceed the expectations of the Group’s diverse range of clients, from multinational companies to startup clients. Chris works closely with clients to develop bespoke IP strategies for obtaining IP rights, including advising on use of the Unitary Patent, and navigating 3rd party IP rights. Chris also undertakes due diligence on behalf of investors and advises on the strength of IP portfolios. Chris’ specialist area encompasses electronics and instrumentation, computer software, automotive technologies and battery storage systems.
