Aaron F. Barkoff is Associate Vice President, General Patent Counsel - IP Litigation at Eli Lilly and Company. Prior to joining Lilly in 2022, he worked in private practice for 20 years, where he represented both innovator and generic drug companies in patent litigation. He has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from the University of Chicago.
