Franca Aeby has been working at Roche since 2014 where she first joined the Treasury back office department and has since then held various roles of increasing responsibility within Treasury as well as international assignments in Finance business partnering. From 2017 to 2024 she was working in Treasury Operations as a Senior Cash Manager, overseeing Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa and was responsible for the Group’s short term liquidity planning. Since 2024 she has joined the Financing & Markets Team at Roche and is focusing on Asset and Liability Management including the Group's liquidity planning. Franca Aeby holds a Master's Degree (MSc) in Business and Economics from the University of Basel, Switzerland.
