Dr. Rosemarie Serrano has been the Assistant Vice President and Head of Patient Safety and Quality Management at Cardinal Santos Medical Center for seven years. A Pediatrics specialist, she holds a Doctor of Medicine from University of Santo Tomas and a Master’s in Hospital Administration from University of the Philippines. With extensive leadership experience, she has led quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. A Fellow of the Philippine Pediatric Society, she is also a certified International Surveyor for Accreditation Canada International, known for her interpersonal skills, adaptability, and commitment to healthcare excellence.
