Dr. Rosemarie Serrano is the Assistant Vice President and Head of Patient Safety and Quality Management at Cardinal Santos Medical Center, a leading private hospital in the Philippines. A certified Data Protection Officer, she previously served as Senior Assistant Chief Medical Officer. She holds a Master’s in Hospital Administration from the University of the Philippines and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Santo Tomas. A Pediatrician and Fellow of the Philippine Pediatric Society, she has led quality improvement and audit initiatives. With expertise in risk management and patient safety, she excels in leadership, adaptability, and stakeholder engagement.
