Xiuming has over 14 years of experience in operations and strategy management. He is currently the Senior Manager of Environmental Services at Woodlands Health (WH), the latest 1,400-bed health campus that opened in Singapore. He oversees housekeeping, waste management and other services totaling over S$200 million in contract value and is a member of WH Sustainability Workgroup. Xiuming saw through the inception to execution of WH and was responsible for driving smart logistics, designing the suite of support services, and digitalizing housekeeping job management. Xiuming holds an MBA and a degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering.
