Carol is a dedicated interior design director with diverse international experience. With over 26 years’ experience, she has successfully completed a varied range of projects. Carol spent part of her career in the US, as project director on renovation works of 5 star hotel The Pierre in New York. A complex phased project which remained open during the renovation works, of the public areas, and guest rooms which included a series of 10 individual luxury suites and a Presidential Suite. A highly motivated designer and a team player, she is able to communicate and work well with people at all levels. Preferring to follow her passion and drive rather than conventional design rules. Carol is always ready to innovate, taking inspiration from her many other interests. Combining functionality and innovative design with commercial realities, she is adept at communicating how excellence in design maximises value for the client.

As Portfolio Director, Carol leads dwp interior design studio in the Middle East. Carol has a detailed, passionate and thorough approach and contributes critical analysis, planning and design excellence to each project. Her ability to think strategically and to engage in the full cycle of design development and construction is driven by her passion for the built environment, creating memorable lifestyle destinations. Through her thoughtful and creative design processes, she ensures that each project is successful and unique, exceeding client expectations. Her expertise of construction methods, subconsultants coordination, cost analysis combined with knowledge of materials is essential in guaranteeing buildability while ensuring the client's design vision is delivered on-time and on budget.
