Mr. Issam has more than 31 years of practical experience as projects design director, designer and team leader, mainly in the Gulf region (Kuwait, U.A.E., Qatar). His varied experience gives a broad project control and leadership. He has many architectural touches / themes for many projects designed by him. Currently he is the Project Director / Principal Design Architect for M/s National Engineering Bureau in Dubai, holding rich portfolio in designing prestigious projects. Mr. Issam is currently preparing for his PhD dissertation in “Sustainable Town Square in the UAE City”. Mr. Issam is considered one of the rare designers who has his unique architecture theme and building form.
