Ms. Roberts comes to eGenesis as the chief people officer, to leverage her specialty of building amazing biotech teams to move the needle on human health. Prior to eGenesis, Ms. Roberts was a Partner & Head of People at Ulysses Diversified holdings, a unique investment and incubation studio focused on human health and entertainment. There, she acted as Head of People and was on the founding teams for Alloy Therapeutics and The New England Free Jacks Rugby Club, where she led all people operations and established critical human capital practices for each company’s foundation and growth.
Prior to her time at Ulysses, Ms. Roberts acted as HR Principal and Generalist at Compass Therapeutics, a high-growth biotech startup, which she grew from 4 to over 80 people during her tenure. There, she spearheaded all human resource efforts and operations across the company. Additionally, Ms. Roberts was active in both people and general operations at Adimab, a platform technology company, and Acquis Consulting Group, where she managed the recruiting team for a growing mid-size boutique consulting firm in New York City. Ms. Roberts holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College, two post graduate degrees from the University of Cincinnati, and Human Resource Management certificate from Cornell University
Ms. Roberts lives with her family in rural VT with her husband and two children, and was a professional opera singer on myriad international stages for 12 years prior to entering biotech.
