Olga Timofeyeva-Vogt is
a TBM Lead at the Stanley Black & Decker and accountable to drive the
strategy, implementation and maturation of the Global IT Technology Business
Management to bring about IT transformation to consumption-based business
services, cost transparency and strategic advantages of IT.
Prior to joining SBD, Olga held several
Finance leadership roles at The Hartford, most recently serving as the CFO for
The Hartford’s Personal Lines/Shared Services Technology organization and as
Director, Personal Lines Expense Management. Olga also led Financial Management
functions in Personal and Commercial Lines Operations, Individual Life &
Wealth Management Shared Services Technology and the IT Infrastructure Division.
Olga’s career history includes
work at MassMutual, Ames Department Stores, Plekhanov Russian Academy of
Economics, UnitedHealth Group, Otis Elevator Company, GEMMA, Ltd in Moscow, Russia
and the Academy of Science of the USSR, Optical Measurement Institute, also in
Moscow.
Olga holds a MBA degree
in Finance from the University of Hartford, Barney School of Business and Masters’
of Science in Physics from Moscow State University.
