18 year gaming professional with experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, Community, Live operations. I learned a lot from my 15 years at Ubisoft during a time when the company was moving from pushing products to maintaining live services. My other experience in Mobile and a jab at Web3 helped me get a complementary approach on how to deal with monetisation and data. At Nacon today I fully use my experience to build the live plans for our games as well as manage the player experience through the customer support service.
