After starting his career working on games for the likes of Disney, BBC and Fox, Garry founded Hertzian, an AI SaaS company that provides community insights to game studios via its pioneering product, Player XP. During his tenure as CEO, Player XP grew from an idea on a whiteboard to being an industry-leading partner for many of the world's top studios including Ubisoft, Paradox Interactive and Mediatonic. Garry now leads the External Services team (JXS) at Jagex. JXS helps source & maintain high-quality partnerships with all our external service partners, enabling the studio to continue building on its legendary MMO title, RuneScape. With a strong passion for the industry and a drive for problem-solving through the use of technology, Garry prides himself on delivering outstanding results that return significant value to the business
