Curiosity for learning has taken him from photography to high end commercial video production and in the latest years to gaming. He has been focused on creative production for the past 8 years, first in Outfit7 and currently heading the creative production team at Ten Square Games. Having a very strong technical background, hands-on production experience and a great passion for creative innovation, he is always pushing for new ways to speed up production and use the latest tools available to innovate and produce what was not possible before. He is a strong advocate that while you need to pay close attention to competition and what is already working, you must always look for ways to innovate, so you can strive to become a leader, not just a follower.
