Mikhail Shotin has refined his expertise in monetization for free-to-play games on consoles and PCs over the past 4.5 years. As a LiveOps & Monetization Lead, he played a key role in the launch of the HAWKED game, the latest release from MY.GAMES. He is currently working on developing monetization mechanics for War Robots: Frontiers and other projects.

Throughout his career, Mikhail successfully implemented monetization strategies and live publishing operations that have significantly boosted revenue and enhanced player engagement. He excels in balancing revenue generation with creating a positive player experience.
