An industry veteran of more than two decades, Rafn has been involved in many facets of running a live game from player support, in-game security & fraud prevention, community building & management, growth initiatives and brand opportunities. His main focus and passion is always the player which comes from his earliest days as a support specialist. Rafn resides in his native Iceland with his wife and two sons.
