  • My experience on For Honor, which began with a difficult launch followed by years of challenging live operation transforming the game into the success it now is, taught me many lessons.
  • Developing games is increasingly complex as games get bigger, more ambitious with an increased expectation of high-quality reliable live service.
  • Now working on a new unannounced game project, I am trying to be better prepared by making changes years before launch to have a GaaS-native production
