Juan is a Software Development Manager at Ryanair, where he leads the “Madrid Labs” technical hub, a team of more than 50 engineers dedicated to enhancing the airline experience for both employees and customers. Over the past five years, he has played a key role in positioning Ryanair Labs as a benchmark in cloud, DevOps, and the digitalization and automation of airline processes. With nearly 20 years of experience in computer engineering—over a decade of which has been spent in leadership roles—Juan previously worked in the demanding adTech industry with the NTT Docomo Group.
