For +16 years Anders has helped Vestas and MHI Vestas Offshore to become a leading player in offshore wind. He has worked with a very wide range of technical and commercial aspects of offshore wind power and intensively with the turbine related aspects. Anders has been a part of the core team behind the V164-8.0 MW and V236-15 MW from the very start of the development projects, with the focus of providing analyses for the technical concept choices as well as having a key role in early customer engagement. Anders has also been the anchor point for the important technical due diligences leading up to final contract negotiations with potential customers. The dialogues with potential customers has developed a good understanding of the developer’s business case and the decision making process in successful offshore wind projects.
