Cynthia is a newbie to the healthcare industry. Her career journey evolved from a junior media planner to an airline cabin crew, she spent nearly two decades in the shopping mall industry. Progressed from a PR executive to a strategic marketing professional, her innate drive for change and innovation ignited along the way. This propelled her towards a new frontier: specialising in Customer Experience. Despite shifted gears from the vibrant world of malls to healthcare, the fundamentals of Customer Experience remain universal and applicable. Fuelled by a dynamic and high-energy personality, Cynthia thrives on challenging the status quo of the somewhat sterile environment of healthcare.
