Roxannie "Honey" Alejo is a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional with 20 years of expertise in the hospital industry and patient experience. Currently serving as the Head of the Center for Patient Experience and Enterprise Head of the Red Coat Ambassador Movement at The Medical City, she plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional patient experience across the organization.

Honey is a key figure within the Operations Group, known for her diligence, passion, and reliability in achieving strategic objectives. Her commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care is evident in her leadership and dedication.

Prior to her current role, Honey served as a Customer Relations Professional from 2004 to 2018. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in Management, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (2000-2004). Furthering her professional development, she completed the Leadership and Management Development Program at Ateneo De Manila University Graduate School of Business (2011-2012) and the Junior Executive Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management (2022).

Honey is a co-author of the 2021 Red Coat Coffee Table Book and contributed to The Medical City winning the Healthcare Asia Awards for Customer Service Initiative of the Year.
