Wallace Wong is a healthcare executive and technologist with a passion for innovation and operational excellence. As VP of Operations at Bali International Hospital, he leads strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and patient experience enhancements for a world-class healthcare institution. Previously, he headed IHH Singapore’s Ambulatory Care division, launching and delivering a $10M per annum healthcare outpatient facility, as well as spearheading robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives to improve hospital efficiency.

Beyond healthcare, Wallace is a tech-driven entrepreneur, co-founding WikiDoctors.com, a medical tourism platform, and PostalCodes.sg, a geolocation data provider.

He holds degrees from MIT, INSEAD, Georgia Tech and the University of Illinois, and has a Black Belt for Lean Six Sigma. Passionate about digital transformation in healthcare, he continuously explores new ways to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
