Mitra Monojit

Monojit is working for the last ten years as the Facility Director for Franco Vietnam Hospital, the best private hospital in Vietnam. He is accountable for the safety and security of facility, technology and occupants of the hospital premises at all times. He is responsible to ensure a properly functioning physical and technical facility for routine and emergency operation.

After his Electronics Engineering from Kolkata, he has done his post-graduation on Hospital Administration and has worked in operational and technology management roles in various hospitals across Asia and Africa. He is a member of the ASHE (American Society of Healthcare Engineering) and is a trained Disaster Management Healthcare Executive. He has been delivering consistent success with Joint Commission International (JCI) International Accreditation Survey in all hospitals that he has worked for.

Monojit is leading the hospital technical team for all construction and renovation projects for FV Hospital towards building patient-centered, flexible design promoting safety and security, respecting patient privacy. He has been a speaker on various international platforms and has been working on the assessment of healthcare facility risk. He has been working with the State Governments in multiple states of India for the improvement of healthcare facility aspects.
