Aryan Aras is the Global Customer Experience Management Lead for Inter IKEA Systems, the global franchisor of IKEA. He is responsible for managing IKEA's customer experiences through connected frameworks, methods, tools, and learning solutions. Aryan also serves as the global business owner for IKEA's 'Voice of the Customer' strategic initiative, promoting a customer-centric and data-driven approach to continuously improving customer experiences. Aryan developed and successfully deployed a comprehensive customer experience management framework that serves as the foundation for designing, delivering, and measuring customer experiences. Prior to his role in IKEA’s retail division, Aryan spent many years in the digital field, holding various roles from Head of Products to being an ambassador and key player in IKEA’s digital transformation agenda. He is recognized for his inclusive approach, his ability to help others grow, and his significant impact on the business.
