Currently, at the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), he leads a dynamic team that has successfully relaunched and driven a 196% increase in LTA memberships since 2020. Ben is passionate about leveraging data to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, ensuring contextual relevance at every stage of the customer lifecycle. In his spare time, Ben is an energetic parent of twin daughters, an enthusiastically average golfer, and a year-round BBQ chef.
