As Director of Customer Value & Analytics, Dave Robinson leads drives the understanding and application of customer data within Virgin Red. He joined the Virgin Group in 2022, having previously managed and evolved the Advantage Card programme and the adoption of new marketing technologies at Walgreens Boots Alliance. Dave has held a number of commercial, marketing and business development positions in the UK, US and Asia in a career of over 25 years, and has been a consistent champion of the value of customer insight and business change.
